Keep in mind that just using a hose, cold water, and bleach to clean your trash can is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria, virus, and diseases that breed in your cans, such as:

  • Tuberculosis
  • Strep
  • Staph
  • E-Coli
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria

Besides, do you really want to “manhandle the can”? We not only clean your cans and dumpsters; we disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them in less than a minute.

Just take a look at our cleaning process video and see just how simple our process is. There is no “manhandling” with our process at all!

The majority of our customers opt for our annual plan as it allows for a discounted rate from the monthly option. We are all experiencing trying times as we maneuver around the Covid-19 virus. A monthly cleaning is definitely worth it. But you can choose the frequency that’s right for you. CLICK HERE for Services and Pricing.

We will follow your local trash service schedules and holidays. Service will normally take place the day after trash is picked up (Monday through Friday).  Same day service may be available if your local service provider empties your container early in the day on your service day. If not, you will be notified via text. We ask that you leave your trash can out overnight so that we can service them the next morning. If you have any questions – just give us a call at 931-557-3030 or contact us here.

We offer four convenient service plans:

  • One time
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual

You will find the full details here.

Nope! With our residential can cleaning service you can cancel your service at any time. But when signing up for monthly, quarterly or annual service we ask that you don’t cancel until after your second cleaning. If you do cancel after the first cleaning, you will be charged the difference for a one-time cleaning service.

Yes. If we come to service your trash can and   they are not empty, we will have to come back at a later date. There are some exceptions. If we arrive and you have bagged trash and nothing loose inside your can we will simply remove the bags, place them away from the cleaning process and then return the bags after our service. This is why we prefer to service your trash can the day following your scheduled trash service.

Due to the high demand for our services, it often makes sense for our can cleaning be included in your neighborhood’s HOA program. We also understand that HOA’s have specific rules like placement of your trash cans before and after your trash service. However, we have built strong relationships with multiple HOA’s and property managers that allow mutual negotiation for exceptions to occur. Nonetheless, simply contact us and we will resolve the issue propmptly.

Yes. We gladly offer a 10% discount to our local veterans, first-responders, and our seniors. If you have physical difficulty moving your trash can to and from the curb – please let us know so we can take special care of your service needs.

Absolutely. Once you sign up for a service plan you will be contacted by one of our service representatives to welcome you to Dumpster Bath. At that time we will confirm the service details with you and notify you of your first service date. But our customer service does not stop there. If you have a recurring service plan you will be sent a reminder via email the day before your service, a text reminder the day of, an “on our way text” and when we have completed your service a “thank you text”. Our Number 3 Value is providing a quality and memorable “Customer Experience”. Please take a look at our Core Values here.

Absolutely not. The truck that will service your trash can is equipped with 625 gallons of water. Our technicians will fill their tanks at the end of each day in preparation for the following day’s services. We believe that as a professional Company we need to act like one and arriving to your location, using your water, is like showing up to do landscaping and and asking to borrow your shovel. By the way, the water we use is recovered in the empty 625 gallon tank found on board and properly disposed of at the end of the day.

Great question! Our cleaning process only uses clean water that is heated to 200 degrees and we run our jets machine at 3500 psi which helps blast the dirt right off the can. When required we only use  top rated environmentally-friendly and biodegradable cleaning chemicals, but all of the ingredients are all-natural and environmentally safe. Just ask your technician to provide the safety data sheets for all of the checmicals on his truck. Most important, all of our wastewater is captured and debris are properly disposed of daily.

If our reminders fail to get through to you because of an unforseen computer glitch and your trash can is not at the curb – our customer focused technicians will gladly retrieve your can for you (assuming it is within eye view and not inside your garage or kept behind a fence). Once cleaned, your can will be promptly returned to its original location. Should this be a recurring issue we will confirm with you on your next visit.

Absolutely not. Although our core service is cleaning trash cans, dumpsters, and dumpster pads and although deceiving – our trucks possess the necessary equipment to do almost any specialty power wash service a residential homeowner or commercial businss owner may require. Our technicians are certifed through the Power Washers of North America (PWNA) in flatwork (concrete driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.) and fleet wash. You can see our full service offerings here.

As a random act of kindness, we’ll occasionally clean all of the trash cans in a particular area free of charge. If you wish to continue with our service, simply sign up online. You will not be charged for this first complementary trash can cleaning. If you do not wish to use our service, please accept the free clean on us, and remember that the next time your trash can needs cleaning

Damage is possible. But we are a licensed, insured, and bonded company. Should damage to your trash can or private property occur we owe some apologies and a solution to fix the damage. If we damage your trash can we owe two apologies. First – to you and second – to your local waste hauler.  We will immediately notify your waste service provider that we damaged the trash can and reimburse them for the damaged can and the costs incurred to return a new can to you. Our technicians possess solid waste truck experience, know how to operate the equipment and act professionally at each stop to prevent this from occurring. If we damage personal property we will “make it right” and pay for all damages and the repair. We will offer suitable repair vendors or you may choose your own. As we value you your patronage we will maintain contact with you throughout the repair process. Oh, and your account will be credit for the service that caused your damage.

Commercial Customers

As a commercial business owner perception will go along way. How your dumpster looks and smells could be a determining factor in whether or not a customer will use your business. At times dumpster pads will become slick with debris, grease, and sludge creating a slip, trip and fall hazard for your employees.

Keep in mind that just using a hose, cold water, and bleach to clean the outside of your dumpster is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria, virus, diseases and or wild animals that breed inside your dumpster, such as:

  • Tuberculosis
  • Strep
  • Staph
  • E-Coli
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria
  • Rats
  • Racoons
  • Flys and Maggots

We not only clean your cans and dumpsters; we disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize them in less than a minute.
