Owner
Steve is a founding member of Dumpster Bath, a local 21 year retired military veteran, and has over 15 years of operational management experience in the solid waste industry. Steve enjoys working in his yard and spending time with his grandchildren.
Derrick Broadnax
Power Wash Technician
Derrick is an original member of Dumpster Bath, a retired U.S. Army veteran, and has over three years of experience in the solid waste industry as a commercial driver. Derrick is certified in OSHA 1910, DOT, flatwork, and fleet wash through the PWNA. Derrick rarely talks.
Mike Welker
Owner
Mike is a founding member of Dumpster Bath, a lifelong resident of the Clarksville community and has over 15 years of operational management and sales experience in the solid waste industry. Mike is an avid golfer even "networking" on company time.
Marcus Luster
Senior Power Wash Technician
Marcus is an original member of Dumpster Bath, a U.S. Navy veteran and has over five years of experience in the solid waste industry as a commercial driver. Marcus is certified in OSHA 1910, DOT, flatwork, and fleetwash through the PWNA. Marcus is a natural comedian.
Jennifer Karns
Office Manager
Jennifer, is an original member of Dumpster Bath, a lifelong resident of the Clarksville community and has over 6 years of successful customer service and residential, commercial and industrial dispatch experience in the solid waste industry. Jen is our work mom!

Team Mascot
Dumpy, aka "Joey Slater" is a lifelong resident of the Clarksville community has over 35 years of experience making people laugh. Dumpy will soon entertain the children of our customers helping Derrick and Marcus, placing door hangers, or waving to potential customers.
